You can request a return within 24 hours of receiving the product, for the reason that it is not the garment chosen according to data from the virtual store.

Complete the return form to receive return shipping instructions.

If you prefer to return the items, you do not need to fill out this form: you can take them directly to the nearest office. Kindly check that the items are in their original condition, with all tags still attached. For more information, please read our returns policy.

We reserve the right to refuse late returns or items that are not in the same condition in which you received them. Please note that custom products and fragrances are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

You can find your order number in the confirmation emails you received or in your account if you placed your order while logged in.
